Shuswap Falls RV Resort is a family friendly RV resort located on the shores of the Shuswap River. Boasting gorgeous weather, spectacular scenery and amazing amenities, the resort is as close to a paradise as you’ll find anywhere. Nestled in the heart of this amazing area, Shuswap Falls RV Resort offers an experience as rich as the setting is beautiful… and the area provides almost limitless recreational options.

Our RV lots are spacious and well-outfitted, with on-site power, water, telephone conduit and sewer. Each RV lot also comes with a fire pit and picnic table, so you get the authentic ‘outdoor’ experience right in your backyard. We are located 22km off of Highway 97 at Enderby (12km from Mabel Lake), only a 6-hour drive from Calgary and 1.5 hours from Kelowna.

Large, Fully Serviced Lots

Electricity, telephone, winterized water hydrant, sewer, plus fire pits and picnic tables at each site. We even provide free WIFI, showers & laundry facilities.

Pet Friendly

Dogs are family too! We are a pet friendly resort with a designated off leash area.

Boat Parking

Bring your boat with you – we provide a secured area to park. Enjoy world class boating only 12k up the road at Mabel Lake.

Clubhouse for Owners

The clubhouse features a large event room with kitchenette, a games room, and an on-site exercise area.

Our recreation area features volleyball, badminton, horseshoe pits, bocce, a basketball court and a ball field.

We happened across Shuswap Falls RV Resort in the autumn of 2007, and immediately fell in love with the place. We bought a river lot that year, and subsequently parked a new fifth wheel with an unobstructed view of the valley and the falls. Since then we have spent every available weekend and free time there, and have become totally enchanted with the scenery, the wildlife, and have made some great friends with common interests in the great outdoors. With an added deck and gazebo, we have a perfect environment for relaxing in the most beautiful place on Earth.

Doug James developed an environment at the Shuswap Falls RV Resort that allows us to enjoy the natural beauty of the Shuswap River, Creek and area. Keeping the grounds of the Resort mostly free of concrete and gravel, and leaving the beauty of the trees and grass in the park was his vision, creating an enjoyable atmosphere for all. I absolutely love the Shuswap Falls RV Park. It's tucked away in a beautiful, natural green setting with the Shuswap river flowing by and has a little bit of something for every age group. The park is very clean and well looked after. I have made some very good friendships with other members and we get together during the season as well as in the off season. I enjoy floating the river almost everyday in July and August, and there is a beautiful golf course just up the road, as well as Mable Lake for boating and skiing. The fishing is pretty good too - I've seen some huge salmon pulled from the river. Everytime my holidays are over I just wish I could stay one more week. That day will come, and I cant wait.
